I have had this halter top for ages but Saturday night was the first time I have ever worn it. Does anyone else ever do that? Sometimes I buy stuff and wear it right away because I get so excited and other times I buy something on impulse then let it sit in my closet because I never can find anything to go with it or don't have an occasion to bust it out for. Starting next week I am going to start having Closet Clean-Out Giveaways, an idea I borrowed from the super cute Keira at A Pretty Penny so be looking for the first one bright and early Monday morning!!
