I wore this getup to go get drinks with some friends last Sunday and forgot to post the look until now. We listened to live music and had buckets of beer on the patio and for once it was not that hot outside, great ending to the weekend.

Wedding Attire...

One of my good friends got married on Saturday in her hometown so the husband and I traveled to Virginia to watch her tie the knot. The wedding was outside so I knew right away I didn't want any form fitting clothing on because it was supposed to be 81 degrees that day. I settled on a bright blue BCBG dress and yellow wedges to complete my look. The weather was absolutely beautiful and it was a perfect day.

Dear Muffin Top....

Dear Muffin Top,

It is time to bid you farewell...I have not minded you during the holidays while I was cramming turkey, Christmas cookies and other festive treats into my mouth but enough is enough. It is gonna be summer before we know it and I cannot conceal you with cardigans and baggy shirts during the warmer months.

I have gone and joined Jenny Craig...now before you get mad at me, don't worry because you will not disappear over night. It will take some dedication and self control, but before you know it you will be gone and all my clothing will breathe a sigh of relief.
