I stepped outside of my comfort zone with these green tights...way out!  I will wear brown and black and the occasionally polka dot but colored tights make me uneasy for some reason.  This dress had to much personality for me to stick to my boring basics so I tried something new and really ended up liking the result.

It's Electric!

Since neon hues are popping up everywhere and the trend doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon, I have been keeping my eyes out for brights to add to my closet.

I love the highlighter tone of this scarf and the detailed pom-poms just made me love it even more. I kept the rest of my outfit simple to let my new accessory shine!

Wedding Attire...

One of my good friends got married on Saturday in her hometown so the husband and I traveled to Virginia to watch her tie the knot. The wedding was outside so I knew right away I didn't want any form fitting clothing on because it was supposed to be 81 degrees that day. I settled on a bright blue BCBG dress and yellow wedges to complete my look. The weather was absolutely beautiful and it was a perfect day.
