I had the best weekend with my mom!

She got here on Thursday night and just left yesterday and we shopped til we dropped, went out to eat non-stop, got pedicures and drank a LOT of wine while she was in town.

It was just what I needed and I am ready to take on this work week.  Happy Monday!

Gwynnie Bee Lucie Lu dress (click here to join), Old Navy jean jacket (click here to purchase), The Limited scarf, Gold Toe boot socks (click here for similar), The Limited belt (click here for similar), 3D Fiber Lash mascara (click here to purchase)

Sometimes you just try on something and it fits perfectly like this fit-and-flare dress.  It was one of the items I picked from Gwynnie Bee (which if you haven't tried yet YOU SHOULD).  Thank goodness you have the option to buy because this baby is not getting sent back.

Welcome to my closet Lucie Lu dress
(I am wearing the size 0X aka Large)

Loft boyfriend cardigan, eBay boots, The Limited infinity scarf (shop similar here), Francesca's earrings, Boot socks c/o Gold Toe (click here to buy), Gianni Bini dress

Ekkk! I was cleaning out my scarves and mitten bins yesterday and found this red snood stashed away with my heavier winter accessories.  The perfect thing to wear with this shades of blue outfit to add some much needed color.

The Season Of Boot Socks...

Boot socks c/o Gold Toe (click here to buy), TJ Maxx plaid shirt, Rock and Republic for Kohl's sweater, Simply Vera by Vera Wang for Kohl's skirt, eBay boots, Gifted earrings

I am not much of a tights kinda girl but I wear them cause it's freezing outside during the upcoming months, but boot socks...boot socks I love.  They are sold by most retailers as "knee highs" but I hate that name cause it sounds so grandma(ish).

Leaving town today with the husband to head to Clarksville for an early Thanksgiving dinner with my dad's side of the family on Saturday AND got tickets on Fandango for Catching Fire (WHOOP) so looking forward to the weekend.

Happy weekend to you and cheers to the season of boots socks!
