Overall Dress

So...somehow I have not posted the entire month of December until today. Lots of rain, sick babies, Christmas parties, etc. have taken up my time and left little room for outfit posting. If you follow me on Instagram (@afashionfix) you will see a few scattered outfits here and there PLUS some adorable pictures of my sweet baby boys.

Green and White

 I have officially sized down in all of my jeans (thank you Weight Watchers)! Everything is on sale in my Poshmark closet and going fast so take a look if you are interested.

When building a new wardrobe, I have been trying to think very smart and practical.  I wear white jeans year round so this new pair of Rockstar jeans made the cut immediately.  I also bought a black pair, boyfriend jeans, flare jeans and regular mid-rise skinny jeans.  Thank goodness all of my tops still fit because (while super fun) this buying all new clothes thing is expensive.

Accessories...

 

 Our first official snow day in Knoxville! Many people were off due to the weather and sheet of ice on the roads but my office had to be there by 10:30am. I layered up with a turtleneck, fur vest and Northface jacket before braving the elements but took some (super) quick outfit pics before I left.

 

Yesterday was such a nightmare at work. We were having to call and cancel patients due to the severe weather for a seminar we were hosting Tuesday evening and all the surgery patients on Wednesday and it was NOT pretty. People were pissed, real pissed, but the weather is completely out of my control.

Praying for a better day today...

TGIF!

I have never been so happy for the weekend in my life...this week was a doozy work wise.  I was so exhausted yesterday that after work I took a 2.5 hour nap and woke up at 9:30pm (good grief).  No plans this weekend except for a friend's baby shower and I plan on doing absolutely nothing the rest of the time.

Infinity Scarfs

I have a slight obsession with infinity scarfs and the need for more, more, more always hits right around this time of year. This season I am keeping my eyes out for scarfs with quirky prints, chunky knits in soft colors and all kinds of plaid.
