The Perfect Dress For Wedding Season

We are smack dab in the middle of wedding season and I found the most perfect and most affordable dress out there! This dress is only $14 dollars folks so get it while you can. The bright neon yellow will help you stand out in a crowd, the ruffle sleeves are trendy and on point and you can do no wrong in a simple shift dress. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this dress...one of my favorite Shein purchases to date.

I am wearing a size large and it is a tad loose in the waist, I am 5'6 and right around 150 pounds for reference.

Target Button Up Shirt Dress- Under $30

If you follow me on InstaStories, you probably saw me try this dress on at Target a couple weeks ago. I went back and forth about getting it but kept thinking about all the different ways I could style it...so I bit the bullet and purchased it.

It is out of my comfort zone as far as the length and has a more vintage feel to it than clothes I normally wear, but I loved it! It comes with a belt in the same material as the dress but I swapped it out for a tan leather belt to break up the same color from head to toe. Pretty happy with this $29.99 dress.

Ruffles and Leopard

 

 I love this top and all the ruffles...especially from the side. I also have it in white:) It is a couple years old but the ruffle trend is now in full force so it shouldn't be a problem finding something similar.

 This is exactly what I wore on St. Patrick's Day and surprise, surprise I am behind on posting outfit photos.

Layers On Layers

 I love when it gets cold enough to layer and layer and layer. I hate being cold so adding a bunch of layers helps eliminate the need for a jacket and when I get inside, if I need to remove something I can. 

Today my base layer is a simple white pocket tee + denim button down + chunky sweater cardigan. Add a pair of skinny jeans and some short boots and I am ready for the day.

This Carmakoma top is perfection!

It has a silky texture to it and I am obsessed with the boxy fit. I have mentioned time and time again, Gwynnie Bee has been a life saver in transitioning from being pregnant back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Shades of Blue

Whew, what a week! To be honest I have been in nothing but workout clothes the majority of the week but today is the twins 6 month well checkup so I had an excuse to wear "normal" clothing.

 I still am undecided about this necklace that I ordered from Liz and Honey...what do y'all think? I wanted a statement necklace but the stones keep flipping over and it is sort of annoying. It will look great this summer with a tan though;)

Striped and a Target Run

Can we talk about how much I love this dress?? It is such a great length, oversized fit and stripes...all of my favorites. If you haven't shopped at Liz and Honey before, you need to check it out. I have a couple things from them now and I am never disappointed.
