I wore this outfit to event I worked with Southern Bella Boutique last week and I love this dress so much. The pattern, the flare sleeves and the tie up front are all the trendy things I wanted to try wrapped into one piece of clothing. I seriously want to wear it all the time and it is as comfortable as wearing pajamas.

I am so happy to be able to fit into my boots again!  Since I was so pregnant and swollen all last fall, I haven't been able to wear any of my boots in two years.  

I missed all my shoes:)

Another holiday look up on the blog.

This metallic dress is both stylish and comfortable which is always a win-win in my book.  I love that it is a lightweight knit material yet still is body-skimming if that makes any sense at all.  Perfect amount of shimmer and sparkle for your next Christmas party.

I got this dress at a Loft Outlet for probably less than $15 bucks a couple of years ago and it's still making an appearance every winter.  It is sweatshirt material and oh so cozy...perfect for snowy temps.

Be Mine...

DNA Footwear sent me the best Valentine's Day gift I could have ever asked for....a pair of Hunter boots! I have been wanting a pair for so, so long and may never take them off again.

I really love this unique style called the Regent Carlyle Hunter boot, it is a refreshing change from the traditional Hunter wellington boots you see all the time and I have always been a fan of the equestrian shape.

I am seriously loving Old Navy this season! Between the Rockstar Super Skinny jeans (which I have way more pairs that I am willing to admit) and all the dresses I have bought from there; my fall wardrobe is getting a very affordable update.

Prisoner of Stripes

I love stripes and this dress is no exception to the rule, however, in order to look like I have not just come from a prison break I had to add another layer on top of it. 

I thought about adding a bright, colored belt to break up the black and white stripes but decided on my lightweight jacket instead.  I am a huge fan of these boots with my dresses but my husband keeps referring to them as "elf boots".  I have been searching for another pair in tan so if you know of anywhere to get them please let me know.  (I promise I won't tell my husband you helped me out)
