I love the hi-low dresses for exposing a little leg in the front and having full coverage in the back...it is sexy and feminine at the same time. See how I wore the dress for a night out on the town here.

I am seriously loving Old Navy this season! Between the Rockstar Super Skinny jeans (which I have way more pairs that I am willing to admit) and all the dresses I have bought from there; my fall wardrobe is getting a very affordable update.

I got this dress a couple of weeks ago and what sold me on it (besides it being orange and white-go vols) was the adorable Peter Pan collar. You would probably be able to see it more if I didn't have my cardigan over it but it is sleeveless and I wanted to be a bit more covered up at the office.
Adam and I are headed home to my parents house for Easter weekend and my sister, her boyfriend and her roomie are all coming from school in Alabama. This is the first time that the whole fam will be together since Christmas and I cannot wait to see everyone.
I hope everyone has a fabulous Easter holiday!!

I like wearing my cowboy boots with casual dresses...although I am from the South, I don't like looking overly "country". I avoid plaid, huge belt buckles, suede and fringe while wearing them and try and keep everything else to a minimum.
No cattle drives or rodeos for this girl and now that I think about it I don't own anything with fringe or a huge belt buckle anyways.

The only placed I shopped online this week was Charlotte Russe and they didn't disappoint!
I ordered:
1. A gold necklace that reminded me of one of my favorite bloggers, Atlantic Pacific.
2. A longer necklace to use for layering with my new chunky one from above.
3. Ponchos are in this season so why not buy one with a little bling on it for a night out.
4. Lace-panel flutter dress I can wear to work or on the weekends.
5. A tribal stone necklace that reminded me of a vintage piece of jewelry.

I have decided that I am in love with the fall season! The weather is perfect, the leaves are changing and everyone has the cutest Halloween decorations up. Hubs and I didn't go all out this year because we are invited to a party and will not be home to hand out candy but I did add some pumpkins to spice things up and get in the Halloween spirit.

This dress was one of my fall favorites because of the colors and the tribal looking print. Since it is a tube dress I layered it with a cardigan and the most ethnic jewelry I could find that matched. I tried on numerous shoes and for some reason this outfit just looked straight up weird with heels so my black cowboy boots won out in the end!
