I recently discovered a new, small online store thanks to someone that pinned a fabulous pair of earrings to Pinterest. Cents of Style is the name of the website and I grabbed some goodies to start the week off right!

1. The pair that caught my eye went immediately into my basket (love the chain detailing), a jade and bow pair followed and finally a bright chandelier turquoise. Bonus-everything is super affordable!

2. I finally found the perfect-for-me white blazer. The details are what did it for me, loving that asymmetrical hem.

3. These colder months would not be complete without an oversized pocket sweater to wrap myself up in. I have a feeling you will be seeing this on me all the time.

What I Got This Week

I finally made my first purchase in 2012! To tell you the truth...I really cannot believe it took as long as it did for me to get the urge to go shopping. Since I am trying to lose weight, I am trying to not buy as much because hopefully (hopefully) I will be able to buy a smaller size soon.

1. I bought two sweaters from a new-to-me store called Altard State but unfortunately the website is down and I cannot link any of my new purchases to the blog. (I am wearing one of the sweaters in my pictures below)

2. As soon as I saw the polka dot print sweater on Kimberly at Fab Finds Under $50, I knew I had to have it. I am having a huge moment with any type of polka dots right now! I bought the sweater plus this adorable animal inspired one.

What I Got This Week

This week I got a ton of Christmas shopping completed and most of it was done online. I find online shopping so much easier and more effective than going out to the actual stores and dealing with all the people AND traffic.

1. If you have not read my post about the amazing Old Navy jeggings do that now...I bought the marshmallow white color on Monday to add to my growing collection.

2. I was at my salon earlier this week and I mentioned wanting a berry color lipstick. I was shown the Bare Minerals Pretty Amazing line and decided to give it a try. The product is a gloss and lipstick combo and I got the Ambition and Strength colors and love them both.

3. Since my husband picked out and designed his own gift for Christmas, I guess I can add that to my list of things I bought this week. He did the Customize with Nikeid and designed his own pair of tennis shoes. A great gift if you are still undecided what to get your dad, brother, husband, boyfriend, etc.

What I Got This Week...

I have only shopped at Lulu's once or twice before but for some reason yesterday I decided to browse the website. Thank goodness I did because as soon as I saw the Next in Line Green Handbag I knew it was meant to be. I just could NOT wait for Christmas....that color, the hardware, a snap on shoulder adjustable strap! I ordered it immediately-Merry Christmas to me!

What I Got This Week

Wow, I did quite a bit of shopping this week! Unfortunately some were Christmas gifts so I cannot show them on the blog so it doesn't spoil the surprise for some friends and family members. I can show you what I got for myself though...

1. A chunky, knit infinity scarf that is super soft and perfect for those cold winter days.

2. Poncho's are in this season and this crochet cover-up will be great to throw on anytime.

3. Since over the knee socks and boots are still in style, I picked up an inexpensive oatmeal pair.

4. Argyle patten tights are a sure way to spice up a little black dress.

What I Got Last Week...

Okay-apparently my mind was not back from vacation at all last week but I am back to blogging again! Since I missed my usual "What I Got" post last Friday I wanted to showcase some of the goodies I grabbed up.

1. The double breasted cape I have been yearning for ever since the new Ann Taylor Loft ads have been out...is now IN my possession!

2. Everyone needs a new pair of jeans the start of a new season.

3. A nude clutch you can carry or wear on the shoulder, thanks to the handy strap you can take on or off.

4. A navy printed secretary blouse I can dress up for the office or wear with jeans for a night out on the town.

5. Saving my personal favorite for last.....leopard print wedge booties, need I say more!
